Flowerfield Township Meeting Minutes
FLOWERFIELD TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Carroll Parmeter. Pam Altimus, Paul Williams, Carroll Parmeter and two visitors were present. Absent from the meeting were Sally Hackenberg and Ron Shaver. The Agenda was approved on motion by Paul Willliams and seconded by Pam with no board member additions, motion carried. MINUTES Paul made the motion to accept the minutes of the June 6, 2005 board meeting, seconded by Carroll, motion carried. CORRESPONDENCE Paul supplied the board with copies of the Basic Parlimentary Information for Townships. REPORTS Assessor-Shalice was not present. Rural Inspection-Charlie informed the board we were lagging in new/addition permits written with only one new garage in July. PCB-Bob, Evelyn and Toben were present at the meeting. The board is continuing to work on definition for a Proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment. Toben provided copies of the proposal changes to board members. Discussion of Section 5.05 “Footnotes to Schedule of Regulation” #10 may revise Lots of record size. OLD BUSINESS Electrical Ordinance #32 is to be published on July 7, 2005. EXPENDITURES Pam made the motion to approve expenditures 1969 thru 1987, seconded by Paul, motion carried. ADJOURNMENT Paul the motion to adjourn, seconded by Pam, motion carried with the meeting adjourning at 7:42 p.m. (shortest meeting I’ve been in) Pam Altimus, Treasurer
