Flowerfield Township Meeting Minutes

 FLOWERFIELD TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING
May 12, 2008

The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Carroll Parmeter at 7:00 p.m.  Pam Altimus, Sally Hackenberg, Paul Williams, Ron Shaver and Carroll Parmeter were all present.  There were five visitors. 

Agenda-Pam made the motion to approve the Agenda, seconded by Paul, motion carried.

Comments-Bill K. commented that he had put concrete around our township sign.

Clerk Sally commented that there were thirty-seven voters at the May school election.

Supervisor Carroll commented that he had attended the Marcellus Fire Board meeting.  The Fabius fire board meeting is the second Wed. at 6:30 p.m.

Minutes-Paul made the motion to approve the April minutes, seconded by Pam, motion carried.

Correspondence-Sally informed the board of a letter from the Seventh Day Aventists of their presence in the township in the following months.

Reports- Assessor Shalice was not present.

Rural Inspection-Tony was not present.

PCB-Greg might be leaving.

Sexton-Bill stated that he will cut the tree at Lower Flatbush Cemetery this winter.

Old Business-no old business

New Business-no new business

Expenditures-Ron made the motion to approve expenditures, Paul seconded, motion carried.

Adjournment-Sally made the motion to adjourn, Paul seconded, motion carried with the meeting adjourning at 7:40 p.m.
