Public Budget Hearing Minutes
March 2, 2009

The meeting was called to order at 6:32 p.m. by Supervisor Carroll Parmeter. Carroll Parmeter, Ron Shaver, Pam Altimus and Teresa Ives attended the meeting. Jim Griffith was absent. There were also eight visitors present.

AGENDA

Approval of Budget Meeting Minutes from February 4, 2009: Teresa Ives made the motion to accept the Agenda as read, seconded by Pam Altimus, motion carried.

Board Member Comments

Carroll Parmeter stated that last year’s budget was $245,000.00 and that this year it is $235,000.00.

Open for Questions/Concerns

There was no questions or concerns asked during the public comments period.

ADJOURNMENT

Carroll Parmeter made the motion to adjourn, Pam Altimus, seconded, motion carried, with the meeting adjourning at 6:54 p.m.
